Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Neither our food products nor any of our non-food items like decorations, cupcake picks, or display stands are returnable. Damage due to mishandling during shipment is the only form of recovery one can receive for food and non-food related items. All damage must be documented with photographs and/or return of the product.
You have seven (7) days after receipt of delivery to alert us to any damages. Email us at email@example.com for further clarification or to report damage.
We’ll do our best to make your situation right and will work with you to issue a refund or send out a replacement.
